Present - Owner & Proprietor, Mt Stanhope Estate
In charge of the overall operations of the estate, the strategic planning along with operations and logistics planning and implementation.
March 2005- August 2007 -General Manager, Trinidad and Tobago Sailing (Yachting) Association
In charge of the overall operations of the association and catering to the foreign yachtsmen and local members needs. As well as being the national sports authority for the sport of sailing.
Duties include overseeing the bar, outhaul yard, restaurant, sailing school, laundry, swimming pool and facility grounds. The planning and organization of the association’s social events. Management of 18 employees as well as serving on various committees. Reports to the Board of Directors bi-monthly and the organization of sailing.
March 2001 – February 2005- W&W Spices Grenada Ltd
Secured 4.5 million dollar investment in a spice plant from W&W Electronics. Acted as project manager during the construction of the factory and the installation of the equipment. Duties included management of design of facility and equipment and procurement of all inputs.
Once the factory was open acted as General Manager for the first eight months.
Held the position of Director Of Research and Development until closure of the company. Responsible for the development of all products sold by the company.
Jan 1999 – December 2001— Instructor Chemistry, St. George’s University Grenada
Developed and taught three courses over that period of time. They were General Chemistry 1, General Chemistry 2 and Intensive Organic Chemistry.

Jan 2000 - Feb 2001 –Quality Assurance Manager, Grenada Cooperative Nutmeg Association
Responsible for installation of a HACCP system, installation of a quality control laboratory and the construction of a new processing facility at Beaulieu.
Visited research institutes in Germany and Raps and Company a leading spice manufacturer to gain experience. Also visited Certified Labs in the United States along with various equipment manufacturers. Spent a week in Guatemala observing an organic spice operation being run by Forestrade and Company.
Nov 1998- Dec 1999- Produce Chemist, Grenada Produce Chemist Laboratory
Responsible for analytical work as well as training seminars and research and development for the Government of Grenada and other private contractors.
Sept 1996- July 1998-Demonstrator, UWI St. Augustine Campus
Responsible for teaching undergraduate laboratory experiments.
Responsible for marking laboratory experiments.

Responsible for teaching physics and mathematics as well as acting as laboratory technician.
